General Service Disclosure

Connected Living LLC provides professional handyman, smart home, and irrigation services throughout Henderson and the Greater Las Vegas area.

All work is performed by qualified technicians using approved tools, materials, and methods in compliance with local regulations.

By booking any service or consultation, the client acknowledges that:

All service appointments are subject to a $200 minimum service fee, which covers inspection, diagnostics, and initial labor.
Consultation services (such as Smart Home Consultations) are billed separately at the listed rate and include applicable credits toward same-day work if completed during the appointment.
Any additional work beyond the quoted scope requires client approval before proceeding.

Limited Workmanship Warranty

Connected Living LLC stands behind the quality of its work and provides a 90-day limited warranty on all workmanship from the completion date of service.

This warranty covers:

Labor or installation defects resulting from workmanship under normal use and conditions.

To submit a claim, clients must provide written notice within the 90-day warranty period, along with proof of service.

There is a 1 Year Warranty on all approved Irrigation controller's and TV mounting

Our goal is your peace of mind — every Connected Living service is backed by quality, integrity, and precision.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations after completion.

Failures caused by pre-existing issues, third-party work, or environmental conditions.

Normal wear and tear of parts or components.

Warranty coverage is limited to correction of the specific workmanship issue originally performed by Connected Living LLC.

Parts, Materials & Product Disclosure

All Book Now service prices include parts, materials, labor, and Nevada sales tax (currently 8.375%) when parts are included.

Connected Living LLC uses only quality, verified components sourced through trusted vendors.

Clients may supply their own parts; however, no warranty or guarantee is provided on client-supplied materials or equipment unless otherwise approved by Connected Living LLC

Every Connected Living service is designed for reliability, safety, and seamless integration.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All products, devices, and components installed by Connected Living LLC that include a manufacturer’s warranty are subject to that manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Connected Living LLC will assist clients with documentation or claim guidance but is not responsible for the manufacturer’s response time, approval, or replacement availability.

Service Limitations

Connected Living LLC reserves the right to decline service in unsafe or noncompliant conditions.
Any electrical, plumbing, or structural modifications are performed strictly within the limits of Nevada’s handyman regulatory scope.
Clients must ensure clear, safe access to work areas and secure pets, valuables, and personal items before service begins.

Liability Disclaimer

Connected Living LLC exercises the highest level of professional care and workmanship. However, the company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service work, installations, or use of installed products.

Total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.

Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or paying for any Connected Living LLC service, the client acknowledges and accepts all disclosures, warranty limitations, and terms listed herein.
