Services
Connected Living LLC provides residential and light-commercial services including smart-home installations, handyman work, and irrigation system setup or repair.
All services are performed by qualified technicians within the legal scope of Nevada’s handyman and contracting regulations.

We reserve the right to decline or postpone service if conditions are unsafe, non-compliant, or outside our scope of work.

Under City of Las Vegas ordinance, a contractor’s/locksmith license is required for lock changes, rekeying, key duplication/cutting, lock installation or removal, and any other locksmith-related work.Accordingly, Connected Living LV does not perform locksmith services in the City of Las Vegas. All other handyman and smart-home and Irrigation services are available.
Scheduling & Appointments

All service appointments are subject to a $200 minimum service fee, which covers inspection, diagnostics, and initial labor.

Get $100 credited toward your service when you book a $200 service appointment and choose to proceed with work during the same visit.

Smart-Home Consultations start at $300, with $100 credited toward same-day installations or upgrades if approved on-site.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the service fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a 100% charge of the minimum service fee.
Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash, or approved electronic payment systems.

Late payments may incur administrative fees or collection actions after 14 days.

All parts and materials include applicable Nevada sales tax (8.375%).
Estimates & Work Authorization
All estimates provided by Connected Living LLC are valid for 30 days.

Work begins only after client authorization, which may be written, digital, or verbal.
By authorizing work, the client agrees to pay for all approved labor, materials, and associated fees as outlined in the estimate or invoice.
Warranty & Liability
Our 90-Day Limited Workmanship Warranty applies to all labor and installation work performed under normal use and conditions.

Connected Living LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from work performed, products installed, or client-supplied parts.
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

Provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area.

Secure pets, valuables, and personal items prior to service.

Inform Connected Living LLC of any known hazards, electrical/plumbing issues, or prior modifications that may affect work.
Connected Living LLC is not responsible for damage or complications caused by pre-existing defects, unsafe wiring, or concealed conditions.
Parts, Materials & Ownership

All parts, materials, and equipment supplied by Connected Living LLC remain our property until paid for in full.

Client-supplied parts or devices are installed at the client’s own risk and are not covered under Connected Living LLC’s warranty.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients who schedule work in advance and cancel within a 48-hour window of the scheduled appointment may receive a refund equal to 50% of the labor portion of their invoice.

If materials or parts have already been purchased or ordered for the job, those items are non-refundable.

Once on-site work has begun, all fees become non-refundable except in verified cases of workmanship error within the warranty period.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Privacy & Data

Any personal information collected via our website or booking system is used solely for communication, scheduling, and billing.

We never sell or share customer information with third parties.

Modifications

Connected Living LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
