• Drip line repair (single patch): $350

 

• Drip line replacement (3–6 ft): $400 (Parts Included)

 

• PVC connector repairs: $400 (Parts Included)

 

• Valve rebuild: $360 each (parts included)

 

• Valve replacement: $600 each (parts included)

 

• Emitter replacement: $20 each additional ($300 minimum, up to 5 included)

 

• Cap unused drip lines: $200 (includes up to 2 caps, $35 each additional)

 

• Smart controller upgrade: $600 flat (includes controller, installation, app setup, and 1-year warranty)

 

• Zone flush and system reset: $350 for the first zone, $200 for each additional zone

 

 

 

Smart Home Services

 

 

• Smart garage door controller installation: $500 (includes controller, setup, and 1-year warranty)

 

• Ring doorbell installation: $400 (Install, app setup and navigation includ.)

 

• Wyze camera installation: $350 (device included, includes mounting, using original wires Wi-Fi setup, and testing)

 

• Wyze smart plug setup: $250 ($150 each additional per visit)​

 

• Wi-Fi extender installation and setup: $350 (includes extender for up to 1,500 sq. ft. coverage helps with smart home integration with needed 2.4 gb band.)

 

 

Integrate your devices, get them connected, and running smoothly

 

• Each service includes up to 30–45 minutes of setup and integration — more    than enough time for full configuration on most systems.

 

• Please ensure you have App Store or Google Play access ready before your appointment (signed in with valid credentials). The ability to download necessary apps during the appointment is crucial for a smooth setup process.

 

• If extra time is needed, additional 30-minute blocks are billed at $50 each, rounded up to the nearest half hour.

 

Smart locks and handles:

 

• Standard knob, lever, or deadbolt: $300 first / $250 each additional (same trip)

 

• Smart deadbolt swap and programming: $400 each (Smart locks supplied locks include Wyze ($150), Eufy ($240), Yale ($320), and Kwikset ($220) smart deadbolts set up, Install and integration.)

 

 

 

Mounting & Installation

 

 

   TV mounting with Sanus full-motion mount and professional installation:

 

• 26”–55” TVs: $550 total (includes mount, installation).

       1-year warranty

 

• 37”–90” TVs: $650 total (includes mount, installation).

       1-year warranty

Exhaust fan replacement:

 

• $300 labor plus cost of fan unit (90-day workmanship warranty)

 

• Curtain rod installation: $200 first / $125 each additional (same trip, minimum, customer supplies hardware)

 

• Haul-away service (fixtures, fans, debris): $180 per trip

 

 

 

Warranty Coverage

 

 

• 90-day workmanship warranty on all repairs and general labor

 

• 1-year workmanship warranty on TV mounting, approved irrigation controllers, and smart garage door controllers

 

• Client-supplied parts or devices are not covered under warranty 

 

 

 

Additional Information

 

 

All irrigation work performed beyond the PVB (backflow preventer)
